General questions about email marketing support.
Questions
Details about fit, platforms, scope, and how the work gets done.
Peak Meadow is a one-person studio: no account team, no long contract, and project and support pricing set under typical agency retainers. This page covers the questions ecommerce brands ask before an audit, a project, or ongoing support.
If your question depends on your current email account, store, or list health, the free audit is usually the clearest way to get a useful answer.

Working together
Who will actually be doing the work?
Adam, the founder. Peak Meadow is a one-person studio, not an account team, so you are not handed to a junior after the first call. Every audit, flow, and campaign is built by the person you talk to from the first email.
Do you only work month to month?
Ongoing support is month to month, and you can stop anytime with no notice period, cancellation fee, or buyout. Focused projects are scoped and quoted separately when the account needs a specific buildout, repair, or review instead of continuous management.
What types of ecommerce brands do you work with?
Peak Meadow works with ecommerce brands that sell through their own store and want email to drive more repeat purchases, recovered carts, and customer retention. The work is usually a fit once you have an existing list, customer data, and enough traffic or order volume for email improvements to matter.
Do you work with new stores?
Sometimes. If the store is still pre-launch or has very little customer data, the best first step may be foundational setup instead of ongoing optimization. The audit helps determine whether email work can create meaningful impact right now.
Can you work with our internal team?
Yes. You work directly with the founder, not an account manager or a rotating team, and the work can plug into what you already have: a designer who builds the sends, a developer for integrations, or an owner who wants final sign-off before anything goes out.

Platforms and setup
Which email platforms do you support?
We work with common ecommerce email platforms including Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, HubSpot, Constant Contact, GetResponse, Kit, and MailerLite.
Do I need to move to Klaviyo?
No. If your current platform can support the flows, segments, reporting, and ecommerce data your account needs, we can usually work inside it. A platform move only makes sense when the current tool is limiting the work.
Can you help with deliverability issues?
Yes. Deliverability work can include authentication checks, list health review, sender reputation basics, engagement segmentation, suppression logic, and send cadence recommendations.
Will you need access to my email account?
For an audit, usually not: an export or a limited view-only invite from your email platform is often enough. For implementation work, we need a user seat scoped to email marketing, not your store admin or payment settings. You control the invite and can remove it at any time.
03
Scope and process
What does it cost?
Focused projects start at $1,500 and ongoing support starts at $1,000 per month. Every scope is quoted in writing before paid work begins, and the free audit shows which option actually fits your account.
What happens after the free audit?
You receive the findings and recommended priorities. If the next step is a fit, we scope the work around the highest-impact fixes first, then agree on the deliverables before any paid work begins.
Can you write the emails too?
Yes, and copy is included by default, not sold as an add-on. We write the campaign and flow copy, you review and approve before anything sends. If you already have a copywriter or a voice guide, we work from that instead.
Do you create email designs?
Yes. Designs are built to match the brand and the job of the email. Some sends need a polished promotional layout, while lifecycle emails often perform better when they are clear, direct, and easy to act on.
Can you rebuild existing flows instead of starting over?
Yes. Many accounts already have flows in place, but the logic, timing, segments, offers, or messaging may be weak. We can improve what is there or rebuild the parts that are holding performance back.

Results and reporting
What metrics do you look at?
Common metrics include revenue, conversion rate, click rate, placed order rate, unsubscribe rate, spam complaints, deliverability signals, list growth, repeat purchase behavior, AOV, and performance by segment or flow.
How often do you review performance?
Send-level performance gets checked weekly, and the full account gets a monthly review covering campaigns, flows, segments, deliverability, and revenue by segment. Quick fixes ship as they are found; larger changes come out of the monthly review.
Can you guarantee a specific revenue lift?
No. Email performance depends on traffic, product-market fit, offer strength, list quality, purchase behavior, deliverability, and historical account data. The work is structured around improving the highest-leverage parts of the system first.
Will email replace paid ads or SMS?
No. Email usually works best as part of the broader retention system. It helps convert subscribers, recover carts, bring customers back, and make more value from traffic you are already paying to acquire.
